About Buzin

We have constructed the Business Center Mani-Buzin, a four-building-complex with underground garages in Zagreb, on the location of Buzin, situated near the motorway between the Pleso Airport and the southern entrance in Zagreb, at the highway junction for the western, eastern and northern parts of Croatia. On the building lot with the surface area of approx. 20,000 sq.m., situated near Velikogorička St. between Bani St. and the complex of the new American Embassy, we have built four business buildings with the total surface area of business premises of 14,000 sq.m and 6,000 sq.m of garage space including infrastructure and commercial facilities.

The buildings can be approached from all the sides by cars and trucks of all dimensions. The complex has a sufficient number of parking spaces for employees and guests comprising approx. 350 spaces on the groundfloors and 220 in the underground garages.

The gross surface area of the buildings is from approx. 2,800 sq.m to 4,500 sq.m and the smallest module unit has a surface area of approx. 400 sq.m and more. The staircase and  personal elevator have been constructed for vertical communication. The tracts have common communication parts and "one key" for each tenant. Considering the fact that the project is mostly defined within specific sizes, the final adjustment and furnishing of the rooms have been carried out according to the demands of each customer within the framework of the defined sizes.

BUILDING B: PEUGEOT, NIKE, PROCTER&GAMBLE, AMIS TELEKOM, INA PROPLIN, MANI and a restaurant.
BUILDING C: TOYOTA and OPTIMA TELEKOM.
BUILDING D: CROATIA AIRLINES.
