Activities referring to the Company's own real estate, developing projects of preparation, financing, construction and management of real estate.
The commercial real estate comprises business buildings, logistic warehouses, malls, hotel complexes with the corresponding facilities and our Department for Relations with Citizens deals with projects and construction of urban villas.

We prepare the construction of real estate for rentals and sales, including legal and tax models which are most suitable to the buyers, we manage our own and other persons' real estate and companies (facility and property management)


Projects

We have designed and constructed the business complex in the district of Buzin in Zagreb under the name Mani Buzin Business Center comprising four business buildings (16,000 sq.m) with garages and warehouses (10,000 sq.m.), which is rented by the well-known companies such as Lidl,Peugeot, Nike, P&G, Megatrend, Proplin, Optima, Croatia Airlines, Toyota and others. We provide a complete property and facility management within the entire complex.

We have built a number of housing facilities including the complex of urban villas in the northern part of Zagreb. We reconstruct and build annexes in the historically protected areas for the exclusive needs of embassies and alike.

We participate in the realization of business zones construction. We participated to the great extent as investors in the construction of the Križ Business Zone close to Zagreb, comprising the surface area of approx. 40 ha. This business zone, the construction of which is almost completed,  has a direct approach from the motorway Zagreb-Belgrade.

We prepare the construction of business and housing facilities along the Adriatic Coast and in Istria.
